Swim lessons begin this week at Irving Pool for kids ages 4-15 

The course is great for beginner swimmers with little or no experience in the water. Our goal is to provide participants with a variety of water-based drills for important safety and survival skills and to increase comfort and endurance in the water.

Skills covered may include:
Survival swimming skills (kicking, floating, treading, survival strokes)
Treading water
Using a life jacket
What do do in a water emergency
Basic water rescues

Sessions are $50 for residents and $100 for non-residents. Registration is required and can be done here:
