Veterans Day Celebration

We invite you to honor and celebrate our brave veterans on Veterans Day, November 11th, at 1 PM at Cedar Beach Park. This special gathering is a chance for the community to come together to recognize the sacrifices made by those who have served in the military.

The event will feature inspiring speeches from Mayor Matt Tuerk, Chief of Police Charles Roca, and Parks and Recreation Director Mandy Tolino. The ceremony will include a presentation by the APD Honor Guard and a flag-raising to pay tribute to our veterans. To conclude the event, we will be removing two banners in a respectful acknowledgment of our veterans' contributions.

Let’s show our gratitude and support for our veterans and their families. Together, we can make this a memorable day filled with honor, respect, and camaraderie.
