Get ready to move, groove, and feel your best all summer long! The City of Allentown is excited to introduce Fitness in the Parks, a free community fitness series running from May 9 through September 26 in multiple city parks.This high-energy and welcoming program features a variety of fitness opportunities including Yoga, Pilates, Dance Fitness, and Walking sessions, giving participants the chance to mix things up and stay active in a fun, supportive environment. Whether you’re looking to relax and reset, build strength, or get your heart pumping, there’s something for everyone.Each class is led by a rotating lineup of talented local fitness instructors, bringing their own unique style, energy, and expertise to every session. It’s a great way to experience different workouts, connect with instructors in the community, and find what moves you.Classes take place on Tuesdays and Saturdays throughout the summer, making it easy to build a routine or drop in whenever it works for you.
