Get ready for an exciting season of basketball! Team registration is now open, so gather your squad and prepare for a fantastic experience filled with skill development and competitive play!

Important Dates

  • Registration Deadline: December 6th
  • Rosters Due: December 22nd
  • Payments Due: December 22nd
  • Games Begin: January 2025

Registration Fees

Our registration fees include referee costs and are structured as follows:
  • Outside of Allentown Team: $450.00
  • Additional Team (Different Age Division, Outside of Allentown): $300.00
  • Inside of Allentown Team: $300.00
  • Additional Team (Different Age Division, Inside of Allentown): $150.00
  • Certified A-YOUTH Member Team: $200.00
  • Additional Team (Different Age Division, Certified A-YOUTH Member): $100.00

Divisions & Age Groups

The league will feature organized divisions for both boys and girls:
Boys Divisions:
  • Minor: 3rd & 4th Grade
  • Cadet: 5th & 6th Grade
  • Junior: 7th & 8th Grade
Girls Divisions:
  • Minor: 3rd & 4th Grade
  • Cadet: 5th & 6th Grade
Age Cut off: Players must meet the age requirement as of September 1, 2024. Each team roster is limited to 15 players.

  • Rosters are limited to 15 Players
  • Rostered Due December 22nd by 11:59pm
  • Players may be double rostered
  • PLAYERS MAY ONLY BE ROSTERED FOR 1 ORGANIZATION

Coaches Background Checks
  • All Rostered Coaches must complete and send copies of PA Criminal Background, PA Child Abuse, and FBI background checks
  • One Form Per Coach
  • Completed Forms Due Prior to the First Game
  • PA Criminal background Check: https://epatch.pa.gov/home
  • PA Child Abuse Clearance: https://www.compass.state.pa.us/cwis/public/home
  • FBI Background Checks
  • **All clearances should be e-mailed to Anthony.Ross@allentownpa.gov

Payment
  • Payment must be submitted by December 22nd by 11:59pm
  • Payment can be made online (3% cc fee, exact cash, or check written out to "City of Allentown")
  • All outstanding payments must be made from previous seasons before registering.
