Modifications are offered to accommodate all levels. Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for years, this class offers brave space for everyone to enjoy their own practice.
SUNDAY, MAY 28, SARAH SHEA

This Sunday, Sarah will lead participants through some easygoing postures and breath work while providing brief explanations on the benefits of yoga itself. Postures will include those from a seated position as well as those from standing positions. Modifications will always be offered, and all skill levels will be made to feel included.
SATURDAY, JUNE 3, SARAH SHEA
Class Description: The second weekend will introduce themed yoga classes. Sarah will focus on the importance of being in a community. Through uplifting stretches made for all levels, participants can reconnect with those around them, not only in the class itself, but also to those in their daily lives. Whether community to you means family, friends, sexual identity, racial recognition, perhaps all of the above, or even something else, Sarah aims to help all feel welcome, seen, and safe.
SUNDAY, JUNE 4, AL JOHNSON
Class Description: The second weekend will introduce themed yoga classes. Al will focus on the importance of the individual identity. This theme compliments Saturday's class but can also stand on its own! From breath work to grounding and seated to standing, Al will purposefully help you tap into your own unique identifiers, allowing you to fully embrace and love who you are. Humans are a work in progress, but we don't need to wait for a certain point in the future to find self-love. We can accept who we are in the present moment, limitations and all.
SATURDAY, JUNE 10, AL JOHNSON
Class Description: This last weekend before the Juneteenth celebration, classes will focus on strong overarching themes. This Saturday, Al will lead a class based around the power of healing and embracing the uncomfortable. Recovery from anything, whether it's a mental emotional pain or a physical pain, is never straightforward. Sometimes, we have to come to terms with certain situations and feelings. Mindful movements and postures can help unlock these emotions. Al promises to provide a safe, calming environment so participants can tap into their subconscious and feel a sense of relief and renewal by the time class is over.
SUNDAY, JUNE 11, SARAH SHEA
Class Description: This last weekend before the Juneteenth celebration, classes will focus on strong overarching themes. This Sunday, Sarah will lead a class based around the importance of nourishing the soul. This class compliments Saturday's, but it can also stand alone. It is one thing for us as humans to go to work, feed our bodies, and get locked into a routine. It is another thing for us to find fulfillment. Recenter yourself and remember the joys of living while Sarah demonstrates uplifting postures for you to try both in class and at home.
