Band Trailer Rental Info
The City of Allentown reserves the right to:
1. Schedule City-Sponsored events for first priority
2. Cancel dates/events due to inclement weather
3. Refuse to place the trailer where safety hazards exist
    *Please note the City of Allentown Band Trailer cannot be opened when wind conditions of sustained and or gust of 25 mile per hour winds exist. This is due to the potential for the band trailer to flip when opened in those conditions*

When requesting the band trailer, it is required to include
  • Map of Desired Location 
  • Include drop off time and pick up time of the band trailer in your request
  • Certificate of Liability Insurance naming the City of Allentown as the additional insured in the amount of $1,000,000. The Certificate Holder must read:

               - Must include a copy of the Additional Insured Endorsement Page, in ADDITION to the certificate of liability insurance, naming the City of Allentown as the additional insured.
               - Must include the date(s) of your rental in the “description” section.
               - Must be submitted at least 30 days prior to your event.

Please Note:
  • The band trailer must be cleared and ready for pick up by the pick up time listed on your request
  • If you have requested use of the city's sound equipment, the sound equipment  must remain on the band trailer. Sound equipment cannot be removed.
  • Any damages or missing equipment will be billed to the renter at the replacement cost.

$850.00 - Inside City of Allentown limits
$75.00 - per additional day

*$100.00 Deposit Required at Time of Reservation
** Final Balance due no later than 30 days following your event date
