Registration is now open for the City of Allentown’s Queen of the Court program
 
Queen of the Court is a FREE six-week basketball program offered by the City’s Department of Parks and Recreation for girls in grades 5 to 10 that live in Allentown.
 
The program is tailored to introduce basketball fundamentals to beginners, as well as to help refine the efforts of more skilled players. Head coach Brit Kholi along with her team use the game to also teach life skills, confidence, teamwork, and empowerment.
 
Sessions will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:00 to 7:00 for grades 5-7 and 7:00pm to 8:00pm for grades 8-10 beginning on April 8th through May 15th. 

The program will be held at Trexler Middle School.
 
Parents will need to create an account at www.allentownparksandrec.com, receive approval, and then register their child before the start of the program.
