Inside of Allentown Team- $300.00
Inside of Allentown Additional Team (Same Age Division)- $150.00
Certified A-YOUTH Member Team- $200.00
Certified A-YOUTH Member Additional Team (Same Age Division)- $100.00
Divisions & Age Groups (Boys and Girl will be in their own divisions)
Minors (3rd & 4th Grade)
Cadets (5th & 6th Grade)
Juniors (7th & 8th Grade)

Team Rosters
- Use Team Roster Form Listed Below:
- Rosters/ Registrations/ Coach's Clearances are Due - May 29th by 3:00pm
- Rosters are limited to 15 Players!! (Shirts will be provided for each team)
- Players may be double rostered within the same organization. Must be age eligible.
Coach Background Checks
- All Rostered Coaches who have not coached in previous years are Required to Submit a Youth Sports Coach
- Background Check Verification Form

Payment
