Enhancing the quality of life in our City by providing and maintaining quality parks, trails and green spaces and by offering enriching recreational activities and facilities for people of all ages and abilities

Parks Bureau Mission Statement
Provide landscape management and development services within the parks and other City properties providing varied, safe, attractive and modern places for public recreation and a cleaner, more beautiful city. 

Recreation Bureau Mission Statement
Provide and promote broad-based recreational opportunities to improve the quality of life for citizens and visitors of all ages and abilities.
