POOLS & SPRAY PARKS SEASON ENDING The Allentown Department of Parks and Recreation will close its pools and spray parks for the 2021 season on Labor Day, Monday, September 6. Cedar Beach Pool will close at 6:30 p.m. Bucky Boyle & Old Fairgrounds Playlot Spray Parks will close at 8 p.m. Mack Pool closed on Thursday, August 26. City pools follow all current CDC and PA Department of Health COVID-19 Guidelines. Pool and Spray Park users are highly encouraged not to attend or participate if they are experiencing signs of COVID-19 such as fever, coughing, shortness of breath and loss of taste or smell.
