The goal of the Wellness Wednesdays programming is to educate and give individuals the opportunity to take care of their mind, body and soul through different forms of recreation and leisure activities.

Activities are as follows; please remember each activity has it's own registration:

October 30th – Introduction to the Importance of Health & Wellness Workshop with BEARDED YOGA LIFE 6:30-8PM @ Active Life – 1633 West Elm St Allentown, PA 18102
 
November 6th – Rose Gardens Walk and Bouquet Making with LV Girls Who Walk 6:00-7:30PM at Allentown Parks & Recreation Building - 3000 Parkway Blvd, Allentown, PA 18104
 
November 13th – Plant Therapy with Sterner Stems 6:30-8PM at Active Life – 1633 West Elm St Allentown, PA 18102
 
November 20th – Paint Therapy with Scenic Art Root 6:30-8PM at Bucky Boyle - 10 Pump Place
